Please read the terms and conditions of this Agreement in full and carefully. Your downloading, installation, launching, browsing, registering, logging in, publishing, and any other use of the products and/or services provided by PDF Reader - Document Viewer & Editor are conditioned upon your agreement to all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any term of this Agreement, you should not use or immediately cease using the PDF Reader - Document Viewer & Editor products and services.
1. Service Description
1.1 The PDF Reader - Document Viewer & Editor official website and its authorized app stores and channels are the only legal means to download, install, launch, browse, register, log in, and use the PDF Reader - Document Viewer & Editor service. PDF Reader - Document Viewer & Editor does not endorse any products or services of PDF Reader - Document Viewer & Editor obtained through illegal means, including but not limited to client products, accounts, membership benefits, points, points-based merchandise, community products, or services. Upon discovery, PDF Reader - Document Viewer & Editor reserves the right to immediately delete, cancel, clear, or ban any such products or services. Users will be solely responsible for any adverse consequences resulting from such actions.

2. Registration and Account Security
2.1 User Registration

Otherwise, you will be held legally responsible. In such circumstances, we may require you to correct the situation within a specified timeframe, freeze your account, and/or suspend our services.
2.3 After your account is activated, you may apply for a specific user identity, either free or paid, to enjoy the targeted services provided by PDF Reader - Document Viewer & Editor.
2.4 In accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory documents, you agree that you have an obligation to ensure the authenticity and validity of the personal information you provide, and to promptly notify us of any changes to the relevant information. 3.2 If you violate the provisions of this Agreement, we will consider one or more of the following measures at our discretion:
(1) Deleting advertisements and other information and content that are suspected of being illegal, fraudulent, infringing, or published without authorization and that violate this Agreement;
(2) Restricting the functions of your account;
(3) Suspending or terminating your use of PDF Reader - Document Viewer & Editor and freezing your account;
(4) Pursuing legal liability against you;
(5)Reporting to the relevant competent authorities in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 All intellectual property rights related to the PDF Reader - Document Viewer & Editor client and all information and content related to the PDF Reader - Document Viewer & Editor software, including but not limited to textual expressions and their combination, icons, graphics, images, diagrams, colors, interface design, layout framework, related data, additional programs, printed materials or electronic documents, are owned by PDF Reader - Document Viewer & Editor and protected by patent law, copyright law, international copyright treaties, and other intellectual property laws and regulations. PDF Reader - Document Viewer & Editor hereby grants you a free, non-transferable, non-exclusive, worldwide personal license to use the software/programs provided by us and included in the service within the scope of the license set forth in this Agreement.
4.2 The graphics, logos, web page headers, button icons, application icons, text, and service names included or provided in the PDF Reader - Document Viewer & Editor service are our trademarks, registered trademarks, or trade dress (collectively, the "Trademarks"). These Trademarks or Trade Dress may not be used in connection with any product or service not affiliated with us in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among consumers or in any manner that disparages or defames us. 5. Advertising, Events, and Third-Party Services

6. Modification, cancellation or termination of service

We will inform you of such changes through web announcements, App push notifications or internal messages. If necessary, we may require you to re-authenticate. The revised version will automatically replace the previous version. Please pay attention to the terms of PDF Reader - Document Viewer & Editor. If you do not agree to all or part of the revised terms of this Agreement, please stop using PDF Reader - Document Viewer & Editor immediately.
6.2 We may terminate the service in the following circumstances
(1) Due to the needs of our business development, we may unilaterally change, suspend, terminate or revoke all or part of the products and/or services of PDF Reader - Document Viewer & Editor from time to time without notice.
(2) When we merge, split, acquire, or transfer assets, we may transfer the relevant assets under this Service to a third party; we may also transfer part or all of the Services under this Agreement to a third party for operation or performance after unilaterally notifying you. (3) If we find that your account has not been logged in for more than six months, we may suspend the provision of services to you or disable or cancel your account.

(2) We may still pursue your liability for breach of contract in accordance with this Agreement for your past breach of contract.
7. Personal Information Protection

8. Force Majeure and Disclaimer
8.1 Under no circumstances will we be liable for failure to perform or delay in performance due to normal maintenance of Internet equipment, Internet connection failure, computer communication or other system failure, power failure, strike, riot, unrest, catastrophic weather (such as fire, flood, storm, etc.), explosion, war, government action, or order of judicial and administrative authorities.
8.2 Although we strive to provide you with high-quality services and experience, unless otherwise agreed or promised, please understand that we or our third parties cannot guarantee the following:
(1) The products and services provided by us or third parties meet your specific needs;
(2) We will provide you with accurate, secure, continuous, reliable and defect-free services without interruption;
(3) PDF Reader - Document Viewer & Editor will not experience information storage failures or text errors;
(4) None of your information will be lost, deleted or damaged at any time;
(5) Any products and services on PDF Reader - Document Viewer & Editor will meet user expectations.
